In order to file a complaint against a player and its further consideration, compliance with the complaint form is required.
The topic name should contain the essence of the complaint (for example, "Insult in the chat" and then)
Complaint form:
* Only full-size (not reduced), not cropped and not smeared screenshots with the maximum expanded chat are accepted for consideration.
If one of the rules is not followed , the screenshot is considered not to comply with the rules for filing a complaint.
The deadline for filing a complaint from the moment of violation is no more than 2 days.

1. Nickname of the offender (copied from the game)
2. Nickname of the applicant (the nickname of the character in the screenshot, copied from the game)
3. Date and time of the incident
4. Confirming the screens* (the presence of the full chat log on the screenshots is mandatory)

Attention!
1. Complaints about insults in personal chats (Clan Chat, Map Chat, Private Messages) are not considered, there is a blacklist for this.
2. Punishments are issued not immediately, but within some time from the moment of the GM's response and the closure of the topic.
3. Forbidden! Close character nicknames with both editing and game panels.
4. Complaints with violations are not considered and are deleted without notice.
